Kate Klise, author of 25 books, including the best-selling 43 Old Cemetery Road series, will conduct a Writing Workshop for all ages on Monday, March 17 at North Branch in the Seminar Room at 5:00 p.m. Kate, who in addition to her award-winning career as an author of children’s books, wrote for People magazine for 15 years. She knows the challenge of writing on deadline and enjoys sharing her tips and tricks with aspiring authors of all ages. A native Peorian, Kate now lives in the Ozarks where she continues to write. She frequently shares tips about writing with students and adults alike around the country. The workshop is free and open to the public. |
