 nt invites residents to join police officers for hot dogs, chips and soda, 
 on Saturday, July 13th at two neighborhood locations. </span></p><p><span s
 tyle="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The first picnic will be from 11 a.m
 . to 12:30 p.m., on the campus of Thrive Capital, formerly Blaine-Sumner Sc
 hool, 919 S. Matthew St. The second picnic will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m., on 
 the grounds of the East Bluff Community Center, formerly St. Bernard's Scho
 ol, located at the intersection of Nebraska and New York Avenues. </span><s
 pan style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Residents and children are enco
 uraged to attend to get to know their neighborhood police officers. </span>
