 6838.\n \n The “In The Herb Garden” Cooking Class will feature Jan Powers f
 rom the Peoria Herb Guild. She will show how you can add flavor to your fav
 orite foods with wonderful herbs from the garden, while lowering fat, sugar
  and sodium. She will also reveal some of her tips for growing herbs in con
 tainers in your garden. Along with the cooking presentation, there will be 
 a local Farmer’s Market on-site at the event. \n\n\n“This is the second in 
 our series of four cooking classes focused on healthy eating at home,” said
  Dr. Michele Couri, founder of the Couri Center. “Healthy eating is at the 
 core of healthy living and our classes will show that it can still taste gr
 eat.”\n\n\nThe goal of the Couri Center for Gynecology and Integrative Wome
 n’s Health is to provide a holistic, individualized approach for women and 
 designed by women to provide optimum health and wellness for any woman, at 
 any age in her life. Integrative Gynecology is a growing field of medicine 
 in which the patient and providers work together to develop a diagnostic an
 d therapeutic program that draws on a variety of traditions, expertise and
