 gram, “Perspectives on Caregiver Stress” on Thursday, Feb. 23, from 5:30 – 
 7:30 p.m., at the Washington Public Library at Five Points, 380 N. Wilmore 
 Road, Washington.\n\n\nThis program is designed to examine the symptoms of 
 caregiver stress and offer strategies towards becoming a healthier caregive
 r. Central Illinois Chapter Education Specialist Aubrey McShane will offer 
 tips on\n\n\nsetting realistic expectations for oneself and for the individ
 ual with Alzheimer’s disease.\n\n\nThe program is open to the public and is
  funded, in part, by the Central Illinois Agency on Aging. Registration fee
  is $5 per person or $10 per family; registration deadline is February 22.
