 23, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., at the Washington Public Library at Five Points,
  380 N. Wilmore Road, Washington.</b></p><p>This program is designed to exa
 mine the symptoms of caregiver stress and offer strategies towards becoming
  a healthier caregiver. Central Illinois Chapter Education Specialist Aubre
 y McShane will offer tips on</p><p>setting realistic expectations for onese
 lf and for the individual with Alzheimer’s disease.</p><p>The program is op
 en to the public and is funded, in part, by the Central Illinois Agency on 
 Aging. Registration fee is $5 per person or $10 per family; registration de
 adline is February 22. Individuals can register by calling the Peoria Offic
