Italian-American Society hosts Summer Festa |

The Italian-American Society of Peoria will host its 84th annual Summer Festa picnic from noon to 7 p.m. at Hickory Grove Park, located off Illinois Route 40 north of Peoria. This is the society's annual fund-raiser for its scholarship programs.
There will be Italian food, beverages, gift booths, LIVE music, a car show, childrens' activities, a spaghetti-eating contest, scholarship awards, and bocce ball. Admission is $3 for adults and free for children under 12. Parking is free.
