The Carnival of Madness Tour, a rock-out concert featuring several bands, makes its Aug. 14 stop at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, presented by Jay Goldberg Events and Entertainment and 105.7 The X. Tickets are $25 in advance. The concert begins at 5 p.m. and features Theory of a Deadman, Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry and others.
