The Family Zoo Snooze, during which families can spend the night at the Peoria Zoo and sleep in Africa! , is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12 until 9 a.m. the following day. Nocturnal tours are scheduled as families learn what the zoo is like at night. The cost is $30 a person and participants must be 5 years old or older, with an adult chaperone required for every five children. |
