Hairspray opens Friday at Eastlight Theatre

The regional premiere of Hairspray, the Tony Award-winning musical, will open Friday at Eastlight Theatre in East Peoria.

Directed by Mark Baugher, the show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Aug. 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13. The Sunday, Aug. 7 performance will begin at 2 p.m.
