Why hunt for eggs on the lawn when you can hunt them UNDERWATER at the AquaPlex? The Peoria Park District and the RiverPlex Recreation and Wellness Center will hold their annual Underwater Egg Hunt for children ages 3 to 8 on Saturday, April 7 at the AquaPlex. Kids will find eggs filled with money and receive a bag with candy. Cost for the event is $5 for members, $7 for non-members. There are two sessions: 9:00-9:45 am and 10:00-10:45 am. Participants MUST preregister at the RiverPlex or Glen Oak Pavilion. For everyone's safety, a parent or guardian must accompany children under five years of age into the pool-no exceptions.
