The annual Children’s Home Association of Illinois Spring Gala event is at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 28 at the Country Club of Peoria. Proceeds from the event help ensure that the homeless youth in our community get the support and guidance they need to build a better future and that youth who are at high-risk for juvenile delinquency receive the crisis counseling, skill building and advocacy they need to keep them on the right track and keep families together. To date, the Gala has raised over $860,000 for the children and families in our community. Tickets are $175. A table of 10 costs $1,750. |
